Posed items are not exclusive to the Strike A Pose store; we can find many pieces with built-in poses across different brands and collections. I have always been a fan of these kinds of items because they instantly transform an outfit with creativity and personality. They also allow for more interesting styling, especially when combined with accessories that enhance the pose. For this post, I decided to style some of my favourite posed pieces from different brands.
For the first outfit, I’m wearing this elegant purple coat with a hand pose, styled with gloves and a small clutch. What I love about pieces like this is how the coat itself covers the doll’s hand, creating the illusion of a natural pose. This particular coat is one of my favourites because the colour is refined and easy to style with many shades, especially black.
For the second outfit, I’m wearing a denim jacket with posed hands placed in front, as if holding a purse. I really enjoy how this piece feels both cute and sophisticated, making it suitable for either a casual or a more polished look. To complement the deep emerald tone, I paired it with lilac accents.
For the third outfit, I’m wearing these jeans, which are a recolour of a Strike A Pose design. The pants create the illusion that the doll’s legs are posed forward, with one leg partially covered by a contrasting blazer. This makes them perfect for creating a semi-formal outfit with a dynamic silhouette.
