And to conclude this short 18th-century-inspired season, I created a look that feels more historically accurate, centered around this beautiful dress from Voile’s “Different Eras” collection. While I find the piece absolutely stunning, I also feel the collection itself was somewhat limited — we truly deserved more beautiful garments inspired by historical fashion. There are so many vintage-inspired dolls within the community, and the lack of pieces often makes recreating these styles difficult.
For this outfit, I kept the styling minimal, allowing the dress to speak for itself. I only added a few elegant accessories: a cameo choker, diamond earrings, a hand fan, and a beautiful floral hat to complete the aristocratic atmosphere.
Soon, I’ll be drawing inspiration from another film — and, without a doubt, the blog will once again be filled with inspired outfits.
