I’ve decided to use this section temporarily as a Disney Villains feature, until I reach the limit of characters. This time, my sister chose Ursula, and I immediately thought it was a brilliant idea. First, Ursula isn’t usually a favorite character, and second, it’s uncommon to see tributes inspired by her. The main challenge lies in her color palette—black, purple, and gold—which is bold, dramatic, and not always easy to style. With that in mind, I wanted to create one outfit close to her original look and two inspired interpretations.
For the first outfit, I’m wearing two layered skirts to create a single statement piece. The purple layer underneath adds a sense of bold elegance beneath the black skirt, and it pairs perfectly with the purple gloves. I honestly adore this outfit so much that I’d even consider wearing something similar in real life.
For the second outfit, I chose a long black dress with a cropped tail. The shape of the hem instantly reminded me of Ursula’s dress, making this look very intuitive to style. To complete it, I added a single gold necklace adorned with shells—simple, but very effective.
For the third outfit, I went in a more formal direction. I’m wearing a sheer purple gown layered over a short black dress, finished with a black cape that elevates the look into something bold, elegant, and theatrical—perfectly aligned with Ursula’s dramatic presence.
